Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.DENNIS JOE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.Kandasamy, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 6.11.2016 onwards.

3.Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police, as and when required.
