ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to transfer the investigation to some other agency like Crime Branch C.I.D/ Inspector of Police for further investigation and to lay 1/4

charge sheet under his supervision in respect of the case in Crime No. 284 of 2024 of Valliyoor PoliceStation, Tirunelveli District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor and the same was taken on file in C.C. No.11 of 2025, therefore the transfer of investigation would not arise.

3. Since already investigation has been completed and final report was filed and taken on file it is not appropriate to consider the prayer of the petitioner at this stage.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed and if there is any defect in the charge sheet it is for the petitioner to seek his remedy in accordance with law. 04.02.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No aav 2/4
