ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking orders to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in M.C.No.4713 of 2019, date 25.07.2019 and set aside the same.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that in the impugned notice, the petitioners were directed to execute bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- each with two sureties to keep good behaviour for one year and appear before the first respondent on 06.08.2019 and that the period has already been expired and hence, the matter has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
