ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as A7 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of IPC in Crime No.597/2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.According to the prosecution, that on 28.8.2015, the accused were in preparation for committing robbery. 3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he is implicated in the crime based on the confession of the accused 1 to 4 and there is no other material against him and he is innocent and prays for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the accused 1 to 4 were arrested and already released on bail by the Principal Sessions Court, Dindigul on 28.10.2015 and the Petitioner is not having any bad antecedent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
