ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry without following due process of law based on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.01.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant, they conducted enquiry and closed the complaint on 02.02.2025 by instructing the parties to get relief through the civil Court. They have not harassed the petitioner during the enquiry. Therefore, the present petition become infructuous. 2/4

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
