ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S. Senthil Sankaranatha Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. Thanga Aravindh B., Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order:
The petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time as ordered in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11153 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16586 of 2021, dated 14.12.2021. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2021, made in Crl.M.P(MD) No.11153 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16586 of 2021, is extended further for a period of one week from (*)from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on condition that the petitioner should pay a sum of Rs.2500/- in favour of the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, failing which the petition stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
