ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.SWAMINATHAN J.) Admittedly, the petitioner herein did not have the benefit of any interim order during the pendency of the suit. The suit itself eventually came to be dismissed. The question granting interim injunction in this appeal does not arise. Hence, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
