This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.30797 of 2024, dated 16.10.2025 has not been complied with.

2.Today(13.02.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that as against the above order of this Court, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has preferred a writ appeal in WA(MD) No.116 of 2026, before the Divison Bench of this Court, wherein, an order of interim stay has been granted in CMP(MD) No.1176 of 2026 in WA(MD) No.116 of 2026, dated 04.02.2026.
