Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Counsel for the petitioner is present.

Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the conditional order passed by this Court dated 10.04.2017 has been complied with, depositing 50% of the compensation amount before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri. The petitioner also filed proof of deposit of Rs.55,250/- before the said court on 24.04.2017. The condition is properly complied with. The compliance is recorded.
