2. Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 05.10.2016 imposing condition to appear before the respondent police daily 10.30 a.m until further orders.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 26.10.2016.

5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) fairly conceded that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 26.10.2016 and investigation is pending.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, charges levelled against the petitioner herein, the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the reasons assigned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for relaxing the condition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. The condition is relaxed fully.

7. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
