ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to him. 1/3

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in Current Petition No.19/F2PS/2021 and posted for enquiry.

3.In the circumstances, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner based on findings and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, after giving sufficient opportunities to the private respondents and the petitioner.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is dispose of.
