ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused, in Crime No.441 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.10.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 307 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant is deserted by her husband and thereafter, the accused developed intimacy with her and also borrowed Rs.4 lakhs from her and when she asked him to return the amount, the accused attacked the de-facto complainant with sickle and caused injuries.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely roped in this case, due to money transaction.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the defacto complainant has sustained head injury and she was discharged from the Government Hospital, Ramanathapuram and now, she is taking treatment in a private hospital.
5.However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
