(IN CRIME NO.908 OF 2020) ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP(MD) No.12774 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.ESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12774 of 2020 on 14.12.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in P.R.C.No.48 of 2020 and it has been committed to Court of Sessions in S.C.No.35 of 2021 and the petitioner has appeared on 24.02.2021 and the case has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1326 of 2021 transferred to the Mahila Court, Theni and the case is posted for next hearing on 16.03.2021.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.12774 of 2020 on 14.12.2020 is relaxed.
