ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(2) IPC in Crime No.2 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to some dispute, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also attacked him. Hence, the case. 1/3

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the injured person has already been discharged from the hospital. However, he would further submit that the petitioner is having three previous cases, including Section 302 IPC case. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner is having three previous cases, out of which, one case was registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
