Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to issue patta to the petitioner's property comprised in Old Survey No.137, New Survey No.292/16 to an extent of 1 1⁄4 cents situated at Vellikurichi Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the petitioner representation dated 27.12.2022 and 18.01.2023. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 4 and 5. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the sixth respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 18.01.2023 to the second respondent. He wants it to be expeditiously considered. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put the interested persons including the sixth respondent on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
