ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the Petitioners under guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the second respondent has already initiated proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C and the same is pending before the Tahsildar, Cheranmahadevi. He would further submit that the summons has not been issued so far.
3.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that if the Tahsildar, Cheranmahadevi is inclined to proceed against the accused, summons may be issued and the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without issuing any summons. 2/4
