ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 10.08.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no complaint is pending before the second respondent.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to give fresh complaint before the appropriate authorities to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
