Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the second respondent is directed to issue fresh demand draft, as ordered by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.9058 of 2015 vide order, dated 23.09.2015, within a period of one week from the date on which the order copy made ready. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
