Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 333 I.P.C and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.874 of 2009 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in S.C.No.141 of 2012 on 19.11.2012. Till date, the Police was not able to apprehend the petitioner.

3. Under such circumstances, in the interest of Justice, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court and file a bail application and the concerned Magistrate shall pass orders on the same day.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
