RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No.20004 of 2016 dated 10.11.2016 for a further period as prescribed by this Court to furnish sureties.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.DILIP KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20004 of 2016, dated 10.11.2016, to furnish sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners failed to surrender before the trial Judge to furnish sureties, within the time stipulated by this Court, since https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ they had suffered with viral fever and hospitalized and therefore

prays for extension of time.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the time to surrender and furnish the sureties is extended, till 21.12.2016. sd/- 07/12/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
