ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action to continue his son to study 10th standard at 4th respondent school and take appropriate action against the 4th respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Kumar, submitted that the petitioner's son was not permitted to attend his classes and thereafter he was also hindered by the 4th respondent school from writing his public examination while he was doing SSLC. Only on the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner school thereafter permitted the boy to attend practical examination and main examination.

4.Per contra, the learned counsel for the 4th respondent school Mr.Ragadeesh Kumar, submitted that the entire factum of the issue involved with respect to the default in payment of school fees at the appropriate scheduled date for the petitioner's children, including the son who studied 10th standard. However, once this Court directed in this writ petition to permit the boy to attend his examination, due arrangements were made for him to attend the practical as well as the main examination and now the boy has passed out, and a transfer certificate has also been issued and he has left the school.

5.The learned Government Advocate, Mr.T.Amjad Khan, submitted that when the student himself has been issued with a transfer certificate as early as in the year 2023. Hence, nothing survives to take action against the 4th respondent school as required by the petitioner. 6.Recording all these submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
