Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Pleased to issue any wirt or order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned order Na.Ka.No.3992/E1/2020 dated 15.10.2020 passed by Respondent 5 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the Respondents 6 and 7 to allow the Petitioner as a member of the Society and pass such further or other orders as this Honourbale Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. The appellant challenged the removal of membership with the private entity. The learned Single Judge rightly held that the remedy available is before the Civil Court.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that copies of the documents will have to be necessarily furnished. 3.We cannot issue such direction. The remedy open to the appellant lies elsewhere.
