RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on him by this Honourable Court vide order in Crl.OP(MD)No.20892 of 2016 dated 03.11.2016 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KANDASAMY, the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed for relaxation of condition.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 03.11.2016 imposing condition to appear before the respondent police daily 10.30 a.m until further orders.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 16.11.2016.

5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) fairly conceded that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 16.11.2016 and investigation is pending.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, charges levelled against the petitioner herein, the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the reasons assigned for relaxing the condition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. The condition is relaxed fully.
