ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A2, A3 and A8, in Crime No.249 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.08.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342, 307, 302 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail.
2.According to the prosecution, while playing cricket, the ball fell on the deceased and thereupon, a wordy quarrel arose between them. Due to that enmity, on 07.08.2015, the accused attacked the deceased with aruval and caused his death.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the co-accused were already arrested and released on bail by the Sessions Court, Tuticorin in Cr.M.P.No.323 of 2015.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that in a wordy quarrel, the accused attacked the deceased and caused his death and it is further contended that the major part of the investigation is over. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
