RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5915 of 2020 in Crl.A. (MD).No.35 of 2020 dated 23.11.2020 on this file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5915 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3048 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.35 of 2020 dated 23.11.2020. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the petitioner on 26.05.2020, directing the petitioner to appear before the Court daily at 10.30 a.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and prayed the condition to be relaxed. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till now. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5915 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3048 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.35 of 2020 dated 23.11.2020. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
