ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused, in Crime No.851 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.10.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w Section 20(B)(ii)(a) NDPS Act, and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 1.250 kgms of ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is having one previous case of similar in nature. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ satisfaction of the Special District and Sessions Judge for EC Act

and N.D.P.S Act, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
