ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of I.P.C., and Section 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 2015 in Crime No.279 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. This Court had granted anticipatory bail to the co-accused. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without prejudice to his defence in the trial, the petitioner will pay a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the victim. The petitioner undertakes to take a demand draft favouring the victim for a sum of Rs.25,000/- and enclose the same along with the surrender petition. The jurisdictional Court is directed to consider the petitioner's bail petition on the same day of surrender. 4.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
