3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition shall stand partly allowed by fixing the final hearing date on 09.08.2018 and the prayer for dismissing the writ petition with compensatory cost of Rs.1,00,000/- is premature, since the writ petition is yet to be taken up for final hearing on 09.08.2018.
