This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.238 of 2007 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the Government, vide G.O.No.4724 dated 24.12.2014, have directed withdrawal of the case pending against the petitioners and he has also produced the G.O.
