This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint dated 03.10.2015, given by the petitioner against the accused, whose names are mentioned in the complaint.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that the copy of the complaint dated 03.10.2015 is not available with the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is directed to give a
fresh complaint to the third respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the third respondent shall conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the necessary parties, as expeditiously as possible.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
