W.P.[MD]No.2858 of 2022 instructions, would submit that as of now, there is no proposal to lay road in the petitioner's patta land. The said statement is recorded.

2.Recording the undertaking given by the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, in case in future, the respondents decide to lay road in the petitioner's patta land, they shall do so, only by following the procedure established under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
