This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, directing the first respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against the proposed accused persons U/s. 120(b), 406, 379, 406 and 420 of IPC and to file the report of action taken on the strength of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.02.2013 and his subsequent representation dated 07.09.2015.

O R D E R

This petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against the proposed accused persons U/s. 120(b), 406, 379, 406 and 420 of IPC and to file the report of action taken on the strength of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.02.2013 and his subsequent representation dated 07.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the other shareholders, a case has been registered in Crime No.3 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2015 by the second respondent and after investigation final report was filed, which was also taken on file as C.C.No.6 of 2016 by the concerned Court. He further submitted that the petitioner has not given any complaint earlier.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
