Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.1 to upload the correct registration of Settlement Deed in (Document No.1415/2018) dated 09.08.2018, made in Respondent No.2/Sub Registrar Office by considering the representation dated 22.10.2021, made by the petitioner, within time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to upload the correct registration number of the settlement deed in Document No.1415/2018, dated 09.08.2018 made by the second respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 22.10.2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner in the aforementioned settlement deed executed in his favour, document No.1415/2018 has been wrongly mentioned in the upload version. Hence, he sought for rectification and he has also given a representation, dated 22.10.2021 to that effect. Since the petitioner's representation, dated 22.10.2021 has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.2579 of 2022 3.The relief sought for in this writ petition is an innocuous one. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2021 is considered on merits and in accordance with law.

4.Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2021 seeking for rectification of the Document No.1415/2018 in the settlement deed dated 09.08.2018 executed in his favour and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
