ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESHKUMAR, J.] This Contempt Petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.A.(MD)No.510 of 2019, dated 29.04.2021. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that

even as per the order of the Court, which has been modified in the Writ Appeal, during the next recruitment, to the post of Cook, without insisting the age criteria the petitioner can be considered for appointment. He would further submit that till now no such vacancy or appointment or recruitment arise. Therefore, at this juncture, this Contempt Petition is a prematured one. 3.The said submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents is hereby taken on record. 4.In view of the same, this Contempt Petition for the time being is closed. However, in case if single vacancy arise, where any body is appointed, for which, the petitioner otherwise is eligible except the age criteria, it is open to the petitioner to move this Court to revive this Contempt Petition.
