ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the C.C.No.427/2019, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruchirappalli and quash the same.

2. After advancing elaborate arguments, while this Court is inclined to dismiss this Criminal Original Petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He further submitted that the matter is posted for questioning before the Trial Court on 12.06.2019 and hence, he requests this Court to fix the time for early disposal of C.C.No.427 of 2019.

3. Considering the fact that the matter is ripe for trial and the same is posted for questioning before the trial Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.427 of 2019, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed accordingly. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
