O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner he was called for enquiry and after conducting enquiry, the complaint given by the petitioner was closed on 10.06.2019. Further he would submit that there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

harassment at the hands of the respondents 3 and 4 as alleged by the petitioner.

3.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the respondents 3 and 4 shall not harass the petitioner.
