RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extent the time limit granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)16101 of 2021 dated 04.01.2021 to execute a bond each with two sureties to the satisfaction of the respondent police or police officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned for further two weeks.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SASIKUMAR.V., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16101 of 2020, dated 04.01.2021 2.This Court by an order dated 04.01.2021 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul. submit that the petitioners are from the same family member and they were unable to produce two sureties each before the learned Magistrate. Hence he seeks modification.

3.Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioners to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-each with two sureties is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with one surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.

4.In view of the same, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and execute one surety, time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. sd/- 19/02/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
