ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate action on petitioner's complaint, dated 11.12.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that they received the complaint, dated 11.12.2024 and the same is under enquiry and they will complete the enquiry as early as possible.

3. In view of the above said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, it is appropriate to direct the third respondent to dispose the representation of the petitioner. The petitioner is also directed to appear before the third respondent on 12.02.2025 and thereafter, the third respondent has to dispose the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
