2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl.Side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.In view of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the same authority once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
