This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents-1 & 2, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent / defacto complainant, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 05.06.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.
