ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition for a direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.01.2025 and to take necessary action against the fourth respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2.Alleging that the fourth respondent is involving into various unlawful activities and threatening the general public and extracting money 2/5
claiming himself as an Advocate, the petitioner has given a complaint dated 08.01.2025 before the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate disciplinary action against the fourth respondent. Finding that no action has been taken by the respondents 1 to 3, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that if the petitioner makes a complaint in the prescribed format under Section 35 of the Advocates Act, 1961, the same will be considered. 4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy under Section 35 of the Advocates Act, 1961. There shall be no order as to costs.
