The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not appeared for the enquiry, though notice was issued to him on 31.12.2019. It is in the said circumstances, the petitioner is directed to cooperate for the enquiry. For convenience, the respondent shall issue fresh notice to the petitioner for enquiry. Upon such notice being issued to the petitioner, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent. 2.Since this Court directed the respondent to consider the appeal, after giving opportunity to the petitioner, this Court do not find any wilful disobedience of the order of this Court. CONT.P.(MD)No.196 of 2020 the contempt petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to appear before the respondent and thereafter, the respondent may dispose of the appeal within a period of four weeks from the date of completing enquiry.
