The Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in C.C.No.506 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri and quash the same.

2. After making submission, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice if the personal appearance of the petitioners may be dispensed with before the Court below.

3. Considering the said submission, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with before the trial Court, unless and until it is specifically required by the said Court. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri is also directed to dispose the case in C.C.No.506 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
