ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the respondent has filed a charge sheet in this case, showing, the petitioner as absconding accused. It is further submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate has issued a summons to the accused and they are ready to appear before the trial Court.

3.In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for necessary relief.
