The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondents.

2.Already the petitioner has also filed TR.CMP(MD)Nos.57 & 62 of 2023 before this Court for transferring the cases, which are pending before the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirapalli to the Family Court, Madurai. This Court by its order dated 01.03.2023, disposed the said TR CMPs by directing the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirapalli, to dispose HMOP.Nos.67 & 27 of 2012 on or before 30.06.2023. 3.In view of the order passed by this Court dated 01.03.2023, no fresh orders are required. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirapalli, to pass orders in accordance with law in HMOP.Nos.67 & 27 of 2012.
