ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry, as the issue relating to matrimonial dispute and civil rights over the property, based on the complaint given by the second respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 18.05.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.
