PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 Cr.P.C ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(B) and 498 (A) of IPC in Crime No. Not Known of 2019, seek anticipatory bail.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that based on the complaint given by one Mrs.Nancy Dhinakara Selvi, CSR.No.202 of 2019 has been issued and after conducting enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 04.06.2019 and as on date no case is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ pending against the petitioners herein.
