PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Cr.R.P.No.23 of 2011 on the file of the District and Sessions Court, Sivagangai dated 19.11.2013 partly allowing the order passed in M.C.No.5 of 2009 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagangai dated 28.09.2011 and set aside the same.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to set aside the order passed in Cr.R.P.No.23 of 2011 on the file of the District and Sessions Court, Sivagangai dated 19.11.2013 partly allowing the order passed in M.C.No.5 of 2009 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagangai dated 28.09.2011. 2.Perusal of the records would that this is a second round of litigation that too in a matrimonial dispute. Therefore, this petition is not at all maintainable. Further, there is no ground to entertain this petition. Therefore, this Court finds no irregularity and infirmity in the order passed by both the Courts below.

3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
