For Respondent : Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.138 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 174 (3) of Cr.P.C @ 304(B) of IPC in Crime No.138 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons demanded dowry from the deceased and harassed her, due to which, she committed suicide on 24.08.2021. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent persons and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He would further submit that there is no averment as against the petitioner in the First Information Report.

4.This is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner and the earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21043 of 2021, after elaborately considering the points raised by the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD).No.3004 of 2022 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.On perusal of RDO Report, it clearly shows that the accused demanded dowry from the deceased and harassed her, due to which, she committed suicide. It is a very heinous offence. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
