RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD) No.19802 of 2016 dated 20.10.2016 in Crime No.3 of 2015 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.ANANDAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KANDASAMY, the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl.Side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.In view of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the same authority once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
